PLUMBING, HVAC UNITS AND DISTRIBUITION TO REMAIN. NO STRUCTURAL MODIFICATIONS TO THE EXISTING BUILDING STRUCTURE PROPOSED.

PROGRESS SETS AND SCOPE OF WORK

Land Use Permit to construct an 8,000 square foot artificial turf golf practice area (putting and chipping greens) on an existing recreational field, a 944 gross square foot structure (734 square foot enclosed practice bays and 210 square foot storage room) and associated landscape and hardscape improvements including an infiltration basin.

A new 1-story 2150 sq.ft. (gross) residence, with a 515 sq.ft. (gross) detached one-story workshop / storage / carport, a 855 sq.ft (gross) accessory dwelling unit, and related site improvements.

THE INSTALLATION OF AN STRUCTURALLY ENGINEERED PATIO TRELLIS COVERING THE EXISITNG PATIO AT ROY'S WATERFRONT RESTAURANT AT THE SAN DIEGO MARRIOTT MARQUIS & MARINA. FIRST STRUCTURE AT SITE BUILT IN DECEMBER 1987.

The project consists of the demolition of the existing residence, and construction of a new 3,694 S.F. structure, covered patio, and associated site improvements.
