Description:

The City of San Buenaventura (“CITY”) is soliciting proposals from qualified Real Estate Professionals to provide Property Management Services (“Project”).

The consultant will manage CITY Real Property under CITY’s Administrative Policy and Procedure #56.2, “Real Property Management” for the Public Works Department.

The Professional Services required will be management of existing leases (the City as tenant or owner) and licenses, negotiation of lease and license renewals, negotiation of future leases or license of CITY’s owned real property, management of the CITY’s portfolio list of real property owned and managed, management of the Surplus Property list, determination of market rates of leases and licenses, and act as primary contact of CITY for current and future tenants.
