PW 21-44 Groundwater Desalter Improvement Project
Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to provide improvements to the Oxnard Groundwater Desalter Facility including removal and replacement of the reverse osmosis membrane elements, cartridge filters, valves and actuators, meters, RO membrane cleaning system, and expanding the existing SCADA system.
