Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to complete roof replacement and repairs at the South Oxnard Center ( “SOC”) located at 200 E Bard Rd, Performing Arts Community Center (“PACC”) located at 800 Hobson Way, Sturgis Annex (“SAX”) located at 3001 Sturgis Rd, and Wilson Senior Center (“WSC”) located at 350 N. C Street, in the City of Oxnard.
