Goleta U.S.D.- Bid No. 2023-300 El Camino & Mt. View E.S. Paving Project

KEY PROJECT INFORMATION

Sealed bids will be received until 2 p.m., Wednesday, April 5th, 2023, at the District Facilities Office, 401 North Fairview Avenue, Goleta, California 93117 at or after which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Any bid that is submitted after this time shall be nonresponsive and returned to the bidder. Any claim by a bidder of error in its bid must be made in compliance with section 5100 et seq. of the Public Contract Code.

Mandatory pre-bid conferences and site visits will be held on March 14 & March 22, 2023, at 1:00 pm at El Camino E.S. 5020 San Simeon Dr., Santa Barbara, CA, 93111 and at 2:15 pm. at Mt. View E.S., 5465 Queen Ann Lane, Santa Barbara, CA, 93111. All participants are required to sign in at the main parking lot adjacent to the Administration office. Please park offsite. The site visits are expected to take approximately 45 minutes at each campus. Bidders are required attend one pre-bid conference/site visit at each campus. Failure to attend one of the two pre-bid conferences/site visits at each campus noted above will render the bid ineligible.
Bidders arriving late to the pre-bid conference and site visit will not be allowed to attend.
