KEY PROJECT INFORMATION
Sealed bids will be received until 2 p.m., Tuesday, April 4th, 2023, at the District Facilities Office, 401 North Fairview Avenue, Goleta, California 93117 at or after which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Any bid that is submitted after this time shall be nonresponsive and returned to the bidder. Any claim by a bidder of error in its bid must be made in compliance with section 5100 et seq. of the Public Contract Code.
Mandatory pre-bid conferences and site visits will be held on March 14 & March 22, 2023, at 10:30 am at La Patera E.S., 555 North La Patera Ln., Goleta, CA 93117, California. All participants are required to sign in at the staff parking lot behind building 030/MPR. The site visit is expected to take approximately 1 1/2 hours. Failure to attend one of the two pre-bid conferences and site visits noted above will render the bid ineligible. Bidders arriving late to the pre-bid conference and site visit will not be allowed to attend.
