City of Oxnard - PW 23-99 Temporary Grandstand Bleachers Project

Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work the set-up of temporary grandstand bleachers with a 3,000 minimum seating capacity for the Dallas Cowboys Training Camp located at 2501 North Ventura Road, Oxnard, California (River Ridge Playing Fields), and also includes design permitting, installation, erection and removal the bleachers. Contractor shall file for a building permit with the City’s Building and Engineering Division within 14 days after receipt of the City’s Notice to Proceed, and secure a permit by June 30, 2023. Contractor shall complete all Work relating to the bleacher installation and obtain City inspection clearances by Monday July 17, 2023 (Project Completion Deadline) Contractor shall remove the system by August 23, 2023.
