The scope of work consists of the construction of a 364 square foot masonry restroom building with metal roofing and covered walk, associated site development, and connection to existing underground utilities, at the Allan Hancock College Lompoc Valley Center, Public Safety Training Center, at One Hancock Dr., Lompoc, CA 93436.

The scope of work consists of the construction of a new Child Care Center playground yard, which will include the following trades: demolition, grading, concrete, site drainage, fencing, plumbing, and electrical.

The scope of work consists of site demolition, grading and concrete foundation work for a new modular building, concrete flatwork, ADA drop-off area, utilities including electrical, fire, water, site drainage, building electrical, chain link fencing, flooring, lockers and limited door hardware.

The sound system enhancements and installation shall include new equipment, as well as repairs or upgrades to existing equipment as needed, to maximize the sound quality of all of the Theatre’s productions and presentations.

Site work associated with the placement of modular classroom building onto concrete foundations with associated site utilities. Grading, paving, concrete flatwork, and signage as required for new building pad and path. New premanufactured shade structure. Regrading of landscape area, with new retaining wall. Upgrades to accessible parking. Silver Creek Modular will be constructing and installing the building. Shade structure will be furnished by owner, installed by contractor.

Furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to develop Campus Park and construct a new BMX pump track, skate park, basketball courts, pelota Mixteca court, playground, performing arts amphitheater/pavilion, multi-use field/meadow, community garden, public art, walking trails, alluvial creek, parking lot, stormwater improvements, lighting and landscaping throughout the park.

Furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to remove and dispose of 13 wood mailbox enclosures and the construction and installation of 13 new wood mailbox enclosures within the LMD 52 Wingfield community in the City of Oxnard.
