VENTURA PORT DISTRICT - PARKING LOT 19A DRY STORAGE IMPROVEMENT

The work consists of new electrical service, pedestal, breaker panel and onsite power distribution per sheets E100 – E600 plus civil work on sheet CB1 for planters, striping, fencing and gates. In addition, the work includes, at the Port's discretion, all items included in PARKING LOT 19A DRY SOTRAGE IMPROVEMENT FOR VENTURA PORT DISTRICT LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION PLANS, SCHOONER DRIVE. - CITY OF VENTURA, to include but not limited to, all landscaping, planting, and irrigation as called out by above stated plan set.
