Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to remove and replace existing concrete tile and flat roofs, underlayment, flashing, tile pans, valleys, gutters, downspouts, sheathing, and deck coating, refurbish skylights, and to repair or replace water-damaged structural elements including framing, plywood, thresholds as further detailed on the Drawings and Technical Specifications, at the River Ridge Golf Course Clubhouse, 2401 W Vineyard Av, Oxnard, CA 93036.
