1559 SPINNAKER DR. - SUITE 101 - EXTERIOR & INTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS - ROUND 2

The work consists of interior and exterior phases: *Exterior Improvements* – two sections of the existing exterior wall will be demolished and replaced with 30 lineal feet of storefront and a pair of doors. An existing pair of steel doors will be replaced with glass. Site work includes new concrete and landscaping - *Interior / Tenant improvement* – the interior of an existing office lease space will be demolished, and two new retail lease spaces will be created.
