PW 21-17 Primary Clarifiers & Activated Sludge Tank Improvement Project
Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to complete mechanical, civil, electrical, safety, and structural improvements to the primary clarifiers, activated sludge basins, and associated buildings at the Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF), formerly known as the Oxnard Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 6001 Perkins Road, Oxnard. Work includes start-up and commissioning of the completed improvements.
