Furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to investigate, locate, and perform localized repairs of multiple roof leaks throughout the solid waste material recycling facility, including associated flashing and waterproofing, to restore watertight conditions in accordance with industry standards at the City of Oxnard Environmental Resources Division’s Del Norte Regional Recycling and Transfer Station, 111 S. Del Norte Blvd. in Oxnard.
