H.E.S.D. - Project #23-24-02 - Ansgar Larsen ES New Modular Classroom Building

The project includes, but is not limited to, full site preparation and foundation work to accommodate two pre-manufactured 72’-6” x 40’-0” TK modular classroom buildings, each equipped with accessible toilet rooms. The scope involves excavation, grading, building foundations, installation of underground utilities and connections to the new buildings, as well as fire alarm, communication, public address (PA), and data systems. Additional work includes signage, site flatwork, irrigation and landscaping, paving, striping, and the installation of a playground.
