HQ HVAC Replacement Project

Work includes demolition and disposal of three existing rooftop HVAC units and installation of Owner-furnished Contractor-installed Trane HVAC units including all new rooftop ductwork, isolation system, roof repair, bracing and framing. Work also includes removal and replacement of all interior VAV units including associated ceiling removal and replacement, flex duct replacement at supply and returns, piping and valves as shown in the bid plans and specifications.
